AZYPAA 2024 (Asia Convention of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous)

Join us for AZYPAA 2024, an exciting annual event in Asia that brings together all sorts of AA communities on this side of the world. This year we’re gathering in the beautiful green city of Sendai, in the Tohoku region of Japan. You don’t even need to be a young member to join — come one and come all. No matter the age, AZYPAA welcomes anybody with a desire to stop drinking, celebrate sober life, share their own journey, gain inspiration from others, or simply needs a great reason to “keep coming back”!

Getting There
Sendai is easily accessible by shinkansen (bullet train) or flight. As for the venue, this year we are located on the 5th Floor of the AER Building, a mere 3 minutes on foot from Sendai Station:
