Tokyo Pacific Group warmly welcomes you this Spring to their annual Tokyo AA Conference —  featuring overseas speakers, panels, and fellowship, from our beautiful Tokyo backyard of Yoyogi Park!

The conference will be held in an open format. It is open to AA members, those interested in AA (individuals with drinking problems, their families and friends, medical professionals, members of other 12-step programs, etc.), and anyone else who is interested.

Schedule:

• May 31 (Friday) from 19:00 to 22:00 (registration from 18:00)
• June 1 (Saturday) from 9:30 to 22:00 (registration from 8:30)
• June 2 (Sunday) from 9:30 to 11:30 (registration from 8:30)

Note: You are welcome to join or leave at any time, and day-only participation is also encouraged.

Venue:

• Room 310, Center Building, National Olympic Memorial Youth Center, 3-1 Yoyogi Kamizonocho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo

Participation fee:

• 1,500 yen for accommodations, day trip, or same-day participation
• Financial support is available for those who can’t afford the fee. Please select “Interested” at the end of the form in the section titled “About Scholarships.”

• Due to facility policy, monetary transactions are not allowed on the premises. Please pay the participation fee via PayPay or bank transfer.

Donations are voluntary and appreciated to support the group’s independence and the AA office. Only those who can afford to contribute are asked to do so.
